Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Interactive Training Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and interactive learning materials that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Job:

The Interactive Training Designer will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create digital and multimedia-based training content. This includes designing and developing course materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive learning materials using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.

  • Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations to enhance learning experiences.

  • Ensure course content aligns with instructional design principles, learning objectives, and industry best practices.

  • Conduct content testing and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and learners.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, IT, or a related field.

  • At least one year of experience in courseware development, instructional design, or e-learning development.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.

  • Strong skills in multimedia editing (video, audio, graphics) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Camtasia.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
