Technical Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Technical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical operations support to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote helpdesk support to internal employees, covering platforms like Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of facilities and affiliates.
  • Support Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, high availability setups, and Microsoft Azure servers.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist pre-sales engineering teams, sales teams, and customers with queries and requirements.
  • Post-Sales Support: Offer support to customers after purchasing Mikrotik products.
  • Monitor RMA requests, create RMAs, and perform administrative tasks for the Technical Operations Department.
  • Assist with department process documentation, AI training, and validation.

Additionally, this role involves monitoring user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email, as well as assisting with documentation of department procedures and other duties as assigned by the manager.
