Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in utilizing Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel creation, and client management.

This role involves setting up and managing GHL CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Setup and Management
    • Establish and manage GHL CRM accounts for clients.
    • Configure pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations within the platform.
  • Funnel Creation and Optimization
    • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integration and Automation
    • Integrate GHL with third-party tools.
    • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Lead Management and Support
    • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
    • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution
    • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
