Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will assist customers with travel documents, electronic authorizations, and visas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
- Assist with special projects and contribute to service improvements
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Neutral or American accent
- Strong administrative skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential
- Energetic, fun, and confident personality
