This unit supports all commercial teams in generating leads, conducting sales training, and providing support for sales planning, performance management, and data analytics.
Job Description:
The role of the Sales Operations Support - Lead Generation is to generate new sales leads for Ninja Van PH's sales teams. This involves strong skills and high performance in inbound and outbound sales prospecting, as well as prospect qualification using various tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
This individual acts as the prospect acquisition expert, working closely with different sales channels to optimize Lead Generation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, sending emails, and using social media to identify new prospects.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Work with other Ninja Van PH Sales teams to ensure batch leads are accurate and authentic, then forward clean leads to various business units.
- Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to understand how the Sales team will address those needs.
- Responsible for continually updating and improving processes and procedures, and identifying new ways to support revenue creation for Ninja Van PH business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Solid experience working with sales/account management teams and operations teams.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally, proposing and executing initiatives requiring multi-department collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all levels, with ownership and accountability of work in a fast-paced environment.
