A leading organization seeks an IT DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines based on Artifactory that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of software applications and infra platforms with high quality and in a secure way.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to identify and resolve complex technical issues, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is also a plus.
Key Qualifications
  • DevOps Engineering: Strong knowledge of software development practices, including version control, build systems, and automated testing especially in the area of CI/CD and Artifactory.
  • IT Service Management: Experience in ITSM tools like BMC for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
  • Coding & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting and/or coding languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell etc.
  • Configuration Management: Experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts.
  • Cloud & Containerization: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Infrastructure Provisioning: Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years professional experience as an IT DevOps Engineer.
  • DevOps Certification: Valid DevOps certification from certified institute is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Good English language skills spoken and written (German is a plus).
