Job Title: Medical File Reviewer/PHRN

The primary objective of this role is to prepare case files and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) assigned in the client portal. In order to achieve this, you will be responsible for reviewing and bookmarking medical records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • You will access, navigate, and prepare different apps on the medical provider's computer prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Remotely interview veterans via approved video or telephone conference platforms.
  • Transcribe medical histories based on veteran answers to DBQ questions.
  • Document physical examination findings in the DBQs.
  • Complete all sections of DBQ spreadsheets after each appointment.
  • Meet with medical providers to discuss cases and determine final diagnoses.
  • Transfer data from DBQ spreadsheets to the client portal.
  • Submit DBQs in the client portal.
  • Answer queries/addendum reports from clients' QAs.
  • Coordinate with medical providers and team members regarding scheduled appointments.
