
Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate specialist to join our team as we continue to innovate and grow. The Customer Implementation Specialist will be a core member of our customer success team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead new client onboarding, ensuring timely and successful implementation during the first 60 to 90 days.
- Develop and maintain implementation programs for small to medium clients, defining timelines, stakeholders, key deliverables, and technical requirements.
- Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, focusing on successful software adoption and training to drive client success.
- Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating progress effectively.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional groups to improve communications, tools, and products.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, preferably managing larger, more complex implementations for SaaS companies.
- Payroll experience, specifically with US payroll management.
- Basic spreadsheet/database skills with the ability to learn quickly.
