We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our UK Market as an Onboarding Specialist.

About the Role

This is a key position in our organisation, responsible for guiding landlords through the full onboarding process, coordinating property preparation, and ensuring properties meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide landlords through the onboarding process, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support landlords with administrative and operational requirements, ensuring seamless processes.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms, increasing visibility and reach.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet our standards, maintaining high levels of quality and excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and competitor activity, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a dynamic team.
  • Able to perform well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the property management industry is an advantage, but not essential.
