Senior Ad Operations Manager

The Senior Ad Operations Manager is a crucial role in driving campaign success and delivering measurable results for brands across Southeast Asia.

  • This position plays a pivotal part in translating campaign objectives into programmatic strategies, including audience building and inventory curation.
  • Management of setup and delivery across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Curate is essential to the role.
  • Campaign pacing, optimization, profitability, and KPI reporting are also key responsibilities.
  • Weekly and post-campaign analysis, insights, and consultancy must be delivered.
  • Troubleshooting and proactive recommendations are also required.
  • Supporting the team with pre- and post-sales activities, assisting in cross- and upselling is necessary.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a regional Ad Operations team across Southeast Asia is a critical aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in managing digital campaigns (mobile preferred) is required.
  • Hands-on expertise with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and curation tools is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic Buying, including SSPs, RTB, DMPs, and audience targeting is required.
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns towards performance KPIs is necessary.
  • Experience in brand lift studies, footfall measurement, and deriving insights from large datasets is required.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, are essential.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams is required.
