Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for implementing and optimizing email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution, with hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns to drive high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance.
  2. Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails that meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Develop and execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance and improve client satisfaction.
  4. Conduct quality checks on campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables and meet campaign deadlines.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.
  6. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards).
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines.
