Solution Architect

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our enterprise architecture, ensuring they meet both current and future business needs.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Own the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that address business requirements and align with the strategic direction.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Define and reinvent the architecture of the current application to be future-ready. Provide leadership and guidance to multi-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development. Champion best practices in architecture, design, and coding within the team and across the organization. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect team to ensure alignment within the portfolio.

Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies and tools to support the strategic direction of the enterprise architecture. Ensure that all solutions adhere to established architectural guidelines and frameworks. Responsible for the Customer Lifecycle services portfolio architecture and roadmap.

Engage with key team members, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners and team members in a clear and concise manner. Continuously assess and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

This Role, You Will Need:15 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. Proficiency in a variety of technologies and platforms, such as cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and databases. Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Network topology, and System Architecture and design patterns.

Strategic and critical thinker. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Bachelor's or Master's degree or any equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
