Distribution Management Professional

As a Distribution Management Professional for Risewave Consulting Inc in Central Luzon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of programs and strategies. This position requires strong leadership skills, with a dotted line relationship to the National Recruitment Head in Elite Recruitment (ER) to guarantee alignment of program objectives.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead various initiatives including Product Ownership, Data Analysis and Reporting, Process Optimization, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement. With a focus on distribution management, this role aims to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Act as the overall Leader Development Trainer of all programs and campaigns, responsible for stakeholder engagement, validation, and acceptance by Agency Leaders, as well as continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and analyze relevant distribution data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize distribution operations in the territory.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction, implementing process optimization initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Champions within the territory as well as other Productivity Champions in other territories to understand and align distribution-related needs and challenges, working closely with the HO Productivity Champion to align business objectives, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in distribution management, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the distribution function.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a business management related course and have at least 6 years of insurance industry experience, particularly in agency sales management. You must also have an understanding and experience in distributing various insurance products and managing agents in the field, along with experience working with cross-functional teams and great interpersonal skills. Preference is given to male candidates residing in Central Luzon who are willing to be based in the region.
Estimated Salary: P 1,500,000 - P 2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
