Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled communications specialist to lead our employee engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience in corporate communications or equivalent education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring our internal communications strategies. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver on organizational priorities and objectives.

The role requires strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within the organization. The candidate should have knowledge of project management techniques and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The communications specialist will also be responsible for creating various types of internal communications tactics, such as electronic, print collateral, intranet articles, processes, job aids, etc.

They will partner with the entire team to ensure messages are consistent with our overall brand, style and voice, and engage employees around the globe.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in corporate communications or equivalent education
  • Understanding of corporate communication practices
  • Experience in human resources or internal communications a plus
  • BA/BS in communications preferred
  • Knowledge of project management techniques
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within the organization
