Financial Strategist Role

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to spearhead corporate solutions activities.

This role offers entrepreneurial freedom and the backing of a leading insurer, focused on crafting bespoke financial strategies for high-value corporate clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business owners, providing comprehensive strategies that address complex challenges.

This position is aimed at leaders who can build a significant business within the agency and lead strategic initiatives nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships: Engage with business owners, founders, and key executives to cultivate and manage relationships, becoming their trusted advisor on critical financial decisions.
  • Design Strategies: Develop and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
  • Lead the Market: Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
  • Build Your Practice: Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of a global network, training, and digital tools.
Requirements

We are seeking a results-oriented leader who thrives on solving complex problems.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Consulting Acumen: Experience in succession and governance consulting is advantageous; understanding family corporations, partnerships, and large enterprises.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business; nationwide network of business owners is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
