Medical Scribe Opportunity

The Medical Live Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Patient Documentation: Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Real-Time Assistance: Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time.
  • Chart Organization: Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.
  • Documentation Verification: Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Clinical Coordination: Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical allied field.
  • A strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Excellent typing speed and computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
