Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about healthcare? Join our team as a Medical Scribe and play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers by ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe patient visits and medical information into the EMR/EHR system in real time.
  • Review and update patient records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist providers by handling documentation tasks, allowing them to focus on patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a medical scribe or background in healthcare/medical transcription preferred.
  • Strong typing and listening skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.

Important:

This role requires you to work onsite in the office. This is not a remote position.
