Key Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the development, delivery and performance of non-network managed services by leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio.

The position includes advanced technical solutions across network, security, cloud platforms, hardware and distributor relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service growth, procurement efficiency and training enablement through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key vendors to drive business value and optimize service offerings.
  • Own the full product lifecycle for managed services, including roadmap development, launch, optimization and catalog management.
  • Design and integrate scalable, vendor-aligned services by collaborating with engineering, solution architects and support teams.
  • Partner with finance and procurement on pricing models, budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback, improving reliability and security standards.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance, mitigating technology, supply chain and regulatory risks.
Requirements
  • Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships with proven ability to negotiate contracts, SLAs and pricing.
  • Background in product lifecycle management, especially across networking, cloud, UCaaS and IoT solutions.
  • Skills in service design, operational integration and creating scalable frameworks.
  • Financial acumen in pricing models, budgeting and cost optimization.
