We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Social Associate to join our team. As a key member of our paid social team, you will be responsible for managing paid social campaigns from start to finish.

">Job Description:

In this role, you will be executing paid social campaigns across major paid social channels. Your primary focus will be on building and analyzing campaigns, providing reporting updates to stakeholders, and using analytics to inform the team and optimize marketing efforts.

  • You will execute paid social campaigns to completion, ensuring timely launches and effective optimization.
  • You will use a data-driven approach to analyze performance drivers and optimize campaign ROI.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV).
  • Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A curiosity to understand why things happen and a drive to make things happen.
