Job Opportunity for UI/UX Designer

We are looking to hire a talented and experienced part-time UI/UX Designer with the potential for a full-time role in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create effective design solutions.
  • Create user interfaces for web applications that align with our brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, particularly utilizing AI to improve products.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes with tools like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
