Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design execution for our Embark platform. As a member of our User Experience team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UX and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX and visual design execution for roadmap features, including AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.

You'll be working on complex enterprise software, requiring deep experience in designing scalable solutions. Strong visual design skills, a passion for emerging technologies, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craft.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies and component libraries such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
