Lead UI/UX Design

As a Senior User Interface Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our aged care mobile app and platform. Your expertise in creating intuitive and accessible interfaces will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products that meet the unique needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered designs that improve patient outcomes and enhance caregiver experiences
  • Establish a design system that promotes consistency and scalability across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with at least 2 years designing health or medical tech products
  2. 2+ years of startup experience where you managed your work independently
  3. Experience designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80) with a strong focus on accessibility and usability
  4. Proficiency in Figma, with a fast, organized, and collaborative approach
  5. Strong design research skills and the ability to uncover user needs without constant direction
