Investment Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to drive our current and prospective investment activities in Southeast Asia.

  • This is a mid-senior level role responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing impact data from portfolio companies to measure progress against sustainability metrics.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and early-stage funding mechanisms, combined with passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.
  • Prior experience in climate tech, renewable energy, circular economy, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment & Portfolio Management Activities (30%):

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to accelerate their growth.
  • Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the climate tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

Investor Relations (40%):

  • Facilitate communication and manage engagements with current and prospective limited partners.
  • Support the development of fundraising materials and pitch decks for future funds.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reports and updates for limited partners.

Fund Operations (30%):

  • Contribute to the fund's overall investment strategy and thesis development.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine investment processes and workflows.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments.

Successful candidates must possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. They should also have outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both local language (native) and English (fluent).
