Investment Banking Associate Role

We are seeking a highly capable professional to support deal execution across mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned founders, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including market research, competitor analysis, industry research, and data analysis to create insights into niche subject areas. Additionally, they will lead financial modeling and valuation analyses, creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models from raw financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable experience.
  • Strong academic credentials preferred, though not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt, use new tools, and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence.
