We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Reporting and Analytics function as a Junior Data Analyst.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data analysis and problem-solving, with excellent SQL coding skills and experience working with BI tools like PowerBI.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights that empower both internal stakeholders and clients.

You will work closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members to deliver value by providing first-line support to internal clients, gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting, querying and investigating databases, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting other analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A love of data, analytics, and problem-solving
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions)
  • Understanding of data modeling skills
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, and data warehouses
