Video Editor for Entertainment Providers

We are seeking a talented video editor to join our team in creating high-quality content. The ideal candidate will have experience editing reality-style or unscripted multi-cam footage, with a strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to craft engaging narratives from raw footage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Edit multi-camera footage with separate sound to create polished videos
  • Collaborate with the team to produce multiple videos per week
  • Manage junior editors and ensure consistent quality and meeting deadlines
  • Work with unscripted, freestyle content to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement
  • Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency and alignment with our creative vision

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-cam content
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage
  • Familiarity with sound syncing and audio post-production
  • Experience working in a team environment; prior team management experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexible schedules and overlapping hours with a US-based team
