Email Marketing QA Specialist Position

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing QA Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing task assignments across multiple teams, performing QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, and maintaining QA documentation. They will also possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM/marketing technology tools and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools.

We are looking for someone who can lead weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health while supporting recurring audits. The successful candidate will partner with product, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure marketing governance policies are met.

This position requires 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
