The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be able to identify target markets and develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and develop the pipeline of CMS deals in partnership with his/her partners RM's.
  • Review pricing of deals and ensure profitability of deals being negotiated, taking the lead in closing CMS deals.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to the deal is completed to ensure smooth implementation of cash management products.
  • Coordinate with the Onboarding Officer on the implementations of deals within established standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor timely resolutions of service issues which are escalated by the client/Relationship Manager Sales Director or Group Head.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and review assigned region/group performance and ensure alignment of the group with divisional goals, strategies, and action plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic and intermediate cash management products and the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management, Usage, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and Union Corporate Customer Care teams for smooth and timely delivery of service to clients.
  • Capable of managing a minimum of 200 million portfolios.
