We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Reporting Professional to join our team. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity that will support the U.S. Central Time hours.

This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. As a key partner to Finance leaders across major U.S. cities, you'll influence strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within our finance organization.

Key Responsibilities include leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You will also lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensure alignment with business goals, and summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

You will build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives. You will also support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions, support monthly financial close processes, including accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting, and apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who can engage non-financial stakeholders with ease, communicate complex ideas simply, and deliver high-quality results independently in a remote environment.
