About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented marketing professional who excels in building, optimizing and owning marketing systems and workflows.

This role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more are running seamlessly — automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean actionable data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Marketing Tech Stack: Administering HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more.
  • Automating & Streamlining: Building workflows for lead scoring routing lifecycle stages and campaign processes.
  • Campaign Tech Support: Setting up UTM tracking landing pages forms and campaign infrastructure.
  • Lead Management & Attribution: Maintaining data accuracy lead segmentation scoring models and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Building dashboards and reports using Sheets Looker or Hex Monitoring marketing KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Familiarity with lead workflows scoring segmentation and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving detail orientation and communication skills.
