Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee our team of analysts and drive the success of our paid media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, leading by example, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Develop and execute strategies for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, with the ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook administrators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs, with regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.

Shift Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring a standard 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time schedule.
