We are looking for a skilled Social Media Leadership Specialist to join our team at Risewave Consulting. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that supports our business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Define and own social media strategy, including setting social media objectives and building a social media strategy that supports our communication, campaign, business, and division objectives.
- Oversee and guide the work of one or more Social Media Specialists, providing guidance and support as needed, and stepping in to perform publication and execution during any absence of Social Media Specialist.
- Take responsibility for social media performance, aligning with and supporting the creation of social media KPIs, and operating with an attitude of iterative performance improvement.
- Plan and execute initiatives to improve social media presence and online personas of key leaders, including building and executing a plan for top leaders to increase online exposure and offline exposure, following, and status as thought leaders in their domains.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of specialist social media experience, with a proven record of effectiveness in developing, implementing, managing, and measuring social media strategy.
- Small team leadership experience and strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to write and articulate engaging content and well-crafted messaging.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize work in a methodical and rigorous manner, and strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.
