Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules
  • Respond quickly to schedule changes or cancellations
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using VoIP systems
  • Update records and case notes in software systems
  • Work with the operations team to flag issues and ensure smooth staffing
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
Requirements:
  • Experience in scheduling or a related field is desirable
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be naturally organized
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work as a trusted partner
  • Initiative-taking skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
