Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to provide administrative support to the HR department, focusing on operations and compliance. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws, as well as experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track documentation related to employee leaves, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage the HR inbox.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits to ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Assistant in a US-based company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
