HR Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for employees through various people operations activities.

The ideal candidate will support the HR function by assisting with full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to employees through various people operations activities.
  • Support the HR function in managing employee data, documenting HR-related tasks, and coordinating with other teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline HR workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
