Junior Business Analyst Position

As a key contributor to our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving processes through strategic analysis and problem-solving.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements.
  • Develop solutions that meet client needs by gathering and analyzing data, and creating detailed user stories and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by communicating effectively and empathizing with end-users.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in an agile environment.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to document clear business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • A collaborative approach to solution design and decision-making.
  • Able to empathize with end-users, client sponsors, and the domain market.
