Job Title: Process Engineer

This is a challenging and exciting role for a skilled Process Engineer who can lead our team in ensuring that our water treatment facilities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process design, development, and implementation of new technologies to improve water treatment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure optimal plant performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to operators on process operations and maintenance best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of process improvements, incidents, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering, preferably in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, including chemical and biological processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
