As a skilled Financial Controller, you will oversee the company's financial health and provide strategic guidance for future growth.

The ideal candidate has experience in agency environments and a strong background in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) records.
  • Develop financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including sales tax, payroll, and corporate filings.
  • Streamline financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)—must be comfortable managing financials within the platform.
  • Payroll management experience, including processing payroll, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, financial planning, and reporting principles.
  • Experience managing agency financials, project-based accounting, and revenue recognition.
