Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the root cause of issues and provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate priority or unresolved issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize internal documentation and resources to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to process changes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
