Core Banking Documentation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in core banking systems to develop and maintain comprehensive technical and business documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality documentation for core banking applications, APIs, and system processes.
  • Create user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and training materials tailored for different stakeholders.
  • Simplify complex technical information into clear and understandable content for non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather and validate information.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards, compliance regulations, and internal policies.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or related role within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Fiserv, or similar).
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and UML diagrams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based banking solutions and fintech applications.
