Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the secretariat during QMS related meetings, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.
- Collect, maintain, and safely keep all QMS documents and records, guaranteeing their integrity and availability.
- Distribute the latest revision level documentation to authorized personnel, while removing obsolete materials from circulation.
- Maintain an organized computer database for fast document retrieval, streamlining processes and reducing downtime.
- Perform administrative tasks, including clerical typing duties to generate necessary documents.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by your immediate superior, ensuring seamless integration with existing procedures.
