E-Commerce Specialist Role

Our company seeks a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience. This role offers the opportunity to foster collaboration, creativity and career growth in a vibrant work environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work in e-commerce coordination, merchandising or similar roles with experience in Shopify and Google Sheets/Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags and metafields
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time
  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages and other as required
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns
  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of the trading calendar (go to market) plans and strategies
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics and to inform decision making and improve key KPIs
  • Support the creation of Digital Marketing activities like meta audience creation and google ads set up
  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising or similar
  • Hands on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations such as product review tools, metafields, upsell apps
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
  • Experience with Klaviyo and CMS platforms
  • Basic image editing tools knowledge such as Canva
