Job Opportunity

This role involves working with a new coffee brand and its distribution arm to manage e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and startup operations.

Responsibilities:
  • E-Commerce Management: Oversee daily operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.
  • Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Finance Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
