QA Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to play a pivotal role in maintaining the high quality standards of our services.

This individual will be responsible for performing QA testing on individual tickets, with a primary focus on release and regression testing. They will also execute manual testing with an opportunity to contribute to automation testing.

The ideal candidate should have a drive to completing work and be willing to support their projects. Proficient knowledge of QA Manual Testing, experience in executing Regression Testing, and competency in using Postman for testing purposes are required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in QA Manual Testing.
  • Experienced in executing Regression Testing.
  • Competent in using Postman for testing purposes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in QA or software testing would be beneficial
