Amazon Account Specialist Role

This is a full-time position within an internal company specializing in helping brands grow on Amazon through expert support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, creating and optimizing product listings, managing shipments, conducting daily listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues before they escalate.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and performance metrics.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis), be detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts
