Marketing Growth Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Growth Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with designers to create compelling ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals.
  • Work closely with marketing and other teams to formulate and execute proper digital growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Onboard influencers and manage influencer networks to drive growth among target audiences.
  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships to drive online growth.
  • Manage public relations to drive growth among target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Expertise in Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube paid ads channels.
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment.
