Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the ideation, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address market gaps or organizational needs.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI initiatives align with our strategic goals.

  • Ai solution concepts: Developing detailed and viable AI-driven product or solution concepts that address identified market gaps or organizational needs.
  • Strategic Ai R&D Roadmaps: Providing a comprehensive overview of planned AI research initiatives, focusing on breakthrough areas, technology exploration, prototyping, and commercialization.
  • Feasibility studies and Ai Business Cases: Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate the potential value and impact of new AI innovations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies and be able to drive innovation by translating market insights and strategic objectives into actionable plans. They will also be responsible for coordinating with various teams to bring state-of-the-art AI solutions to fruition.

Key deliverables include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Providing strategic guidance on AI research initiatives and their alignment with organizational goals.
  • Crafting compelling business cases for new AI innovations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-driven initiatives and providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications include at least 1-3 years of experience in AI product development, experience with cross-functional team leadership, and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
