Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled senior data analyst to contribute to our asset management and advisory team. As a key member, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining Microsoft Excel databases of assets, collecting and processing data, and providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain Microsoft Excel databases of assets managed by the Asset Management team.
  • Collect and process data on a regular cycle (monthly or weekly) using pre-built Excel templates.
  • Liaise with the local Asset Management team and global Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate and compliant data delivery.
  • Monitor news sources and local government websites for relevant information.
  • Support with compiling reports and benchmark analysis of monthly and quarterly operating performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a hotel finance, revenue management, accounting, or operations role.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Excel, intermediate skills in MS PowerPoint and Internet.
  • Knowledge: General understanding of hotel-specific profit & loss statements and financial reporting, knowledge of USALI accounting standards for hospitality industry.
