Key Product Manager Position Available

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative supplements.

The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analytics to drive meaningful product improvements and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls to inform product decisions.
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
