The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management or Culinary, with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess knowledge of best and latest cooking practices, proficiency in MS Office Programs, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Complete daily consumption requirements
  • Be accountable for daily production
  • Manage needed supplies and inventory levels
  • Strive to upgrade food quality and presentation
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens
  • Hold daily meetings with the pastry and kitchen admin team
  • Protect customers from dangers and ensure they receive the weight and quality of food for their value of money
  • Set clear quality control procedures
  • Conduct staff training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications
